All of our clients must be on a regular grooming schedule to ensure your dogs coat stays in great condition. This also allows your doggy to enjoy their pampering sessions as much as possible with us! Grooming schedules will be discussed individually depending on your dogs breed, coat type, temperament and your desired grooming expectations. We do not accept dogs on grooming schedules longer than 12 weeks with the exception of short haired breeds.
We require minimum 24 hours notice to cancel/reschedule your appointment in order to refill the slot. If sufficient notice is not given or the client does not show up for their appointment a no-show/late cancellation fee of up to 100% of the groom price will be charged. This also applies to change of services.
‘Pay to Stay’ – you will be notified 15 minutes before your dog is finished their groom. If you do not pick your dog up within 30mins you may be charged a late collection fee. This will be charged at your groomers discretion. We offer a 1-1 grooming service and do not provide a doggy day care. If you need to leave your dog with us a little longer you must agree this upon booking.
If your dog comes in severely matted or with fleas an additional charge may be added to your dogs total groom price.
Please note that all gratuities are split equally between our team.
